ZLSP420B wood pellet mill

ZLSP420 wood pellet mill output is 400-600kg/h for wood or other biomass raw materials. It is suitable for making pellets from pine wood, eucalyptus, birch, poplar, fruit tree, fir, beech, paulownia, bamboo, crop straw and other biomass raw materials. It efficiently solves the problem that coarse fiber biomass is hard to make pellets. It has 3 power sources: electric motor (B series), diesel engine (A series), and tractor (P series, PTO, Power Taken Off).

Wood Pellet Mill Features:

  1. The roller and main shaft bearing is automatically lubricated; all of the bearings are fully enclosed; the bearing and grease are unpolluted; the bearing has long service life, saving equipment maintenance time.

When the roller rotates, material enters it vertically, which can not only avoid material from piling, but also press coarse fiber raw material, so that the raw material range is wide, and no additive is needed.

  5. The pellet mill adopts heavy speed reducer; all the gears use spiral teeth processed by grinding, therefore the machine has low noise and strong bearing capacity.
  6. The die plate holes are processed by using the full automatic numerical control drilling and machining, which can guarantee machining precision, good degree of finish, and can improve the machine productivity, reduce production costs. The material for making flat die is comprehensively upgraded into alloy steel (42CrMo) with forging process. After vacuum heat treatment, the flat die is wear resistant, has high hardness and long life.
