The dryer is used to decrease the moisture content of biomass raw material in complete pellets production. For small pellet plant (50-800kg/h), we usually suggest airflow dryer. If your raw material has moisture higher than 12%, it is advised to choose a dryer together with the pellet machine.

GC-DL series drying system for low moisture content of 20-25%

GC-DL airflow dryer
This series airflow dryer is equipped with a hot air boiler as heat source (fuel can be waste wood or biomass pellets). It is most suitable for drying the raw material with moisture content 20-25%. If your biomass contains higher moisture, it is suggested to dry two or three times before pelletizing or choose the GC-DH series (see below).

GC-DH series drying machine for high moisture content of 30-50%

GC-DH airflow dryer
This series dryer is also airflow dryer. It is widely used to dry sawdust, corn stalk, bean stalk, cotton stalk, wheat straw, leaves, and so on.
If your raw material contains moisture as 30-50%, this series can dry it to 8-10%.
