600-800kg/h pellet line
The 600-800kg/h pellet line is GEMCO newly developed pellet production line for industrial and commercial use. It is a basic pellet line that is composed by ZLSP550B R-type pellet machine and movable screw feeder. If you need other auxiliary equipments, please visit small pellet plant for reference.
What can this pellet line process?
wood, sawdust, rice straw, corn stalk, wheat straw, cotton stalk, rice husk, bamboo waste, peanut shell, and any other biomass waste.

It is a newly invented model pellet machine for biomass pellets production with high efficiency. Even under heavy-duty working condition, it is able to process sawdust, agricultural waste, and especially suitable for hardwood like birch, basswood, ash and oak, etc. (learn more about hardwood pellet machine advantages.)

It adopts Germany Flender B series heavy-duty reducer to bear heavy load. The exclusive lubricating pump can realize auto-lubrication while working to improve the reliability of the reducer.

Its electric motor adopts a self-couple starter, which is superior to star triangle starter. It has big starting torque and stable starting to reduce the impact on electric grid efficiently when the machine starts, so that it not only protects the electric motor but also improves machine performance.

The three roller design can improve pellet making efficiency and machine performance. The roller and die are made from high strength alloy and processed by multiple heat treatments, so that their hardness can reach HRC52-63. The roller can run about 600hours to produce sawdust pellets.

It is still easy to operate and maintain like other small pellet machines.
Mobile screw feeder
- It is a very helpful piece of equipment to save labor for the pellet line. It can guarantee stable material feeding.
- This screw feeder is equipped with a frequency transformer to adjust feeding capacity, so that it can be used with different models of pellet machines.
- There are 3 wheels under the screw feeder, so it is mobile and can be moved anywhere. Besides, the triangle stand also makes it stable.
